Our support team is highly dedicated to helping you as fast as possible and runs an effective ticketing system to make the process run smoothly.

Also note that Levent Design may not always be able to help you if the issue is regarding technical issues and may refer you to forums or external support sites. Levent Design reserves the right to refuse support and is under no obligation to carry out updates or repair the issue in question. The job of the support team is solely to inform you. Abuse to our support team will not be tolerated and may result in the cancelation of your website/service without a refund.

Every client has basic support with any website or e-commerce package they purchase, basic support includes:

  • A target response time of 6 hours (working days + Sat, excl bank holidays, 9am-10pm).

Advanced Support (£29.99 p/a):

Advanced Support is a cost-effective way to get the support you need, when you need it. Advanced support includes:

  • Access to the ticketing system
  • Email Support
  • Telephone Support (24 hour, personal mobile of your Levent Design Rep)
  • Skype Support
  • A target response time of 3 hours (working days + Sat and Sun, excl. bank holidays, 9am-11pm).
